Hopper Bench

$5,520 USD

The Hopper bench includes two anchoring holes and can be used the following ways:
(1) Against a wall or a balustrade
(2) Freestanding, anchored to the floor
(3)Freestanding, with stabilizing support

The Hopper designer bench comes in two sizes which seat three or four people. The Galvanized steel legs are perfect for public spaces thanks to their extreme durability.

The Hopper designer bench needs to be fastened to the floor or mounted on stabilizing supports. Use suitable bolts or screws from a DIY store (depending on the material your terrace is made of) and combine them with the floor-fastening set if you don't want to move it around in the future. Otherwise, use steel plates as supports for your bench.

Iroko:
Iroko is an African species of tropical hardwood. The high quality allows Extremis to make wide table top segments out of one piece of wood. The colour and characteristics of the wood are similar to teak.

Hellwood:
Extremis Hellwood has been treated with unique preservation that gives the fibres greater internal stability and increases their resistance to rotting. It's also resistant to UV rays, rain and acid rain, fluctuating humidity levels, frost, extreme heat, etc. Hellwood belongs in Durability Class I. An attractive side-effect of the process is the wood's dark colouring.

Choose Wisely
Just like other types of wood, Iroko and Hellwood will gradually become rougher and start to turn grey as a consequence of exposure to the sun and rain. Small cracks and crevices can also appear as part of this process. We strongly advise everyone to treat the furniture with our Wood Protector. This 100% natural oil controls the moisture level within the wood, which makes the planks stay stable for longer, and the layer of oil also helps to prevent spilled liquids from being absorbed, so that stains tend to stay superficial. It is best to repeat this treatment at regular intervals.
