Marcel Wanders is a Dutch designer who was born in Boxtel, Netherlands in 1963. In 1995, Wanders established his design studio and first gained recognition for his creation of the Knotted Chair. Marcel not only creates product and furniture designs for Moooi, a design label that he co-founded--he is a world-wide respected interior designer and art director.
